Built in 1943 as a steam mill – Finland’s first producer of steamed oats – it was later converted into grain storage. Artist Antti Eklund renovated this abandoned beauty into his home (the grey wing) and studio (the brick wing). The unused silos now dominate the interior, leaving around 600 m² for the apartment and studio.
